Q. How do I reset the  IP phone to factory default?

Rebooting the SPA941  </p>

To reset the SPA941 to factory default follow the steps below. 

Step 1:
Press the Setup   on the SPA941. 

Step 2:
Using Navigation http://www.cisco.com/image/gif/paws/108801/5220-003.png select Factory Reset  (12). 

Step 3:
Press OK soft key afterwards.

Step 4:
SPA will reboot and will be back to its default settings.
