Q. What can I do if I am having issues with clarity and volume when using the Cordless Internet Telephony Kit?



Clarity and volume concerns with the CIT400 can be due to speaker settings on the PC and/or sound settings on the Handset. To resolve clarity and volume concerns, refer to the steps below. </p>

Step 1:
Click MENU on the Handset.  

Step 2:
Click the middle cursor and select Settings

Step 3:
Once the Settings screen appears, select Tones

Step 4:
When the Tones screen appears, select Ring Volume.  

Step 5:
Adjust the volume to your preference.
