LCD Problem on SPA9XX Phone
Q. I have a blank screen on my SPA9XX LCD, what is the problem?
Step 1:
Check that the unit is using the correct power adapter (5Volts, 1Ampere rating).</p>
Step 2:
Check if IP phone is plugged-in to a known working power outlet.
Step 2:
If the SPA9XX LCD screen still shows no display then unit is considered to be considered defective. Contact Support for replacement of the product.
