Q. What can I do if I can make a phone call but cannot hear ringing using a PAP2?
Resolving Difficulty with Phone not Ringing </p>
Step 1:
Access the PAP2's web-based setup page. For instructions, click <a href="../../../../en/US/products/ps10024/products_qanda_item09186a0080a35a29.shtml">here</a>.Step 2:
When the PAP2's web-based setup page appears, click Admin Login then switch to advanced view.
Step 3:
Click Regional and look for Ring and Call Waiting Tone Spec section and set Ring Waveform to Trapezoid then set Ring Frequency to 20 and CPC Delay to 10.
Step 4:
Click Save Settings.
