Q. What can I do if I'm having problems making or answering a second call on the landline?

Problems making or answering a second call is caused by factors such as an inactive second call service and incorrectly set-up recall selection. Check with your landline service provider to activate the second call service. If it still didn't work, follow the steps below. </p>
