Q. What can I do if I'm getting a busy tone when making a call using my wireless IP phone?
If you're getting a busy tone when trying to make a call, this may be due to a SKYPE or PC application that has not yet started, a USB cable that is not plugged in, a PC that is on standby/hibernate mode, or another party is offline. To resolve this, follow the instructions below.</p>
Step 1:
Make sure both SKYPE and the PC application are started on the PC and running properly.Step 2:
