Fonality, the developers of the trixbox platform offer paid support, claiming over 10,000 support emails a month. This can cover emails such as echo, zaptel drivers, Sangoma, Dial Plans, IAX Trunks and more.
Pricing
trixbox CE support can be purchased in credit units. One credit is equivalent to 1 hour of standard support as outlined in the scope of service document. Custom support is available at a rate of 2 credits per hour. Pricing begins at $100 per credit with discounts for blocks of 5 and 10 credits. Support must be purchased online in advance of placing a call. Credits pricing changes with volume.
Support Hours
The Trixbox Support Operating hours are Monday-Friday 15:00 - 00:00 GMT. So for Australia most zones will be 01:00am - 10:00am this can be great for those working late hours, but may not suit business hours.
