PAP2T Overview

What a little ripper. The PAP2T has been going strong as an analog adapter for many years. It offers 2 Analog FXS ports and offers outstanding quality through a variety of codecs.

• Note there is a limitation on the PAP2T that it only supports a single G.729 license. Since we are using Asterisk this should not be an issue as we can transcode to G.729 on the server if required and we have the licenses. Consider the SPA2102 as an alternative if you require 2 x G.729.

Cisco PAP2T Features

The PAP2T features two standard analog, fax-friendly telephone ports which operate as separate lines, complete with individual phone numbers. All the features you've come to expect are here, such as call waiting, caller ID, voicemail, and more. It's easy to select your preferred free local-dialing area code, or even add a virtual number from anywhere to be forwarded to your Internet phone.
