Q. What can I do if the mute button is blinking red when I power it on?

Blinking Mute ButtonIf Mute button is blinking ,
it means the cable is not attached properly or it is unplugged. Make sure the cable is properly attached to the WAN port of the SPA and the other end to your router, switch, and network.
